BrainSnack® Kakuro
Kakuro combination table
You solve Kakuro with arithmetic and logic. We have developed a unique Kakuro combination table that shows you in a glance every possible combination for a run. This will save you from making computations. You use the combination table as follows:
  • You have, for example, a run of 28 in 4. First look for the sum (28) in the top and bottom row of numbers.
  • Then choose the color that represents the number of empty boxes (pink for 4 boxes).
  • The column of the sum with the color that you chose contains every combination for that run. For a run of 28 in 4 this involves the combinations: 4789 and 5689.
